We will spend an hour together talking music and making it all make sense in simplest of ways. Possible subjects could be Jazz Guitar, playing by ear, improvisation ideas, songwriting, fresh approach to chords, adding melocid elements to solo performances, how to practice or anything else that you have questions about. The one rule is that you have to come into the lesson with at least one question or an area of focus that you would like to spend the time on. I’ll prep some material for you to look at before hand and send you away with some fresh ideas and some specific ideas on how to practice them. We can also explore other instruments including piano, dobro, lap steel, pedal steel, mandolin, banjo or just a straight up Q&A about any element of playing music, production, shows. Let’s meet up!
